Midweek Reminders from
Pastor Joel
'...the time came for her
to deliver her child. And she gave birth to her firstborn son...
"Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, goodwill to
all."'
St Luke 2.6-7,
14
And so it comes down to
this: God in a manger. The event, and the response: "Glory to
God!" Begin to leave the harried, hurried agenda, and turn your hearts
toward the manger. Like Mary, we receive what God wants to give us, in
humility, trust, and awe.

CONSECRATED
STEWARDS: Redeemer has committed to an intensive, 8 week
stewardship emphasis beginning in January. The emphasis, Consecrated
Stewards, will be led by Ryan McIvor from our NW District Office. Please
read my article in your January newsletter to find out more about CS. And
begin praying now for your own participation and commitment, as well as for all
our members at Redeemer.
Now sing we, now rejoice,
Now raise to heav'n our voice;
He from whom joy
streameth poor in a manger lies;
Not so brightly beameth
the sun in yonder skies,
Thou my Savior art!
Thou my Savior art!
