Pastor Joel's Mid-Week Reminders
‘Hosanna to the son of David! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!’ St Matthew 21.9
Holy Week—the great week of the Christian church—begins Sunday. We gather with palm branches to echo the joyous shouts of the crowds when Jesus entered Jerusalem. We hear the story of his suffering and death. And then our Hosannas reach a deeper level on Easter, the celebration of his victory over death and evil.
Note the special services below. Put them on your calendar. Most important, make room for the Lord Jesus to enter your hearts by setting aside personal agendas in order to worship the One who gave his life for us.
