‘He has been raised from the dead, and indeed he is going ahead of you to Galilee. There you will see him.’ St Matthew 28.7

There’s so much packed into this simple statement from the angel to the women at the tomb. But I’m going to leave it as a teaser, since I’m preaching on this verse Easter morning. So if you’re curious, I’ll see you in church on Easter!! (Well, I know you’ll be there anyway, right??!!)

EASTER BREAKFAST will be served by our Youth between services, at 8:30am. This is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate Easter over good food with good fellowship and good conversation. Come, give generously to help fund our Youth’s summer mission trip!

EASTER MORNING: Hey, wouldn’t it be great fun if everyone dressed in their best for Easter? Let’s go all out and come to church with colorful outfits, hats, the works!! Of course, if jeans and a T shirt is your style, that’s OK, too!! However we’re dressed, we come to honor and worship the Risen Christ!

NO ADULT CLASS ON EASTER: My class takes a break this Sunday. Sunday School kids will enjoy the fun of an Easter Egg Hunt.

NO ANNOUNCEMENTS AFTER EASTER WORSHIP: If you need to get the word out about something important, make sure you do so via other means. Spirit Call newsletter submissions are due Thursday this week!
